1. Booking platforms that take a commission
Many booking tools are cheap or free to start, then take a percentage of every booking, often between 1% and 6%, on top of payment fees. It feels painless with a few bookings and becomes a real line in your costs when the season is busy.
2. Resellers and travel platforms
Marketplaces and resellers bring you customers, but they usually keep 20% to 30% of the price. They are useful to fill empty slots; they are expensive as your main source of bookings, and the customer relationship stays with them.
3. A fixed monthly fee
With a fixed fee, the price does not move with your bookings: a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. This is how we work: one monthly plan, no setup fee and no commission, with hosting, maintenance and support included.
A simple example
Take a business with AED 100,000 of bookings in a month. A 3% commission costs AED 3,000 that month. If a quarter of those bookings come through a reseller keeping 25%, that is another AED 6,250. A fixed plan stays the same, however strong the month is. Run the numbers with your own figures: the busier you are, the more a fixed fee makes sense.
What to ask any provider
Is there a setup fee? A commission per booking? Who owns the customer data? Does it work on WhatsApp, where your customers actually write? Is it in Arabic? Who do you call when something breaks on a Friday night?

How much does it cost?
Our custom web apps are on a monthly plan from AED 2,900. A WhatsApp AI agent is from AED 1,290 a month and a showcase website from AED 590 a month. There is no setup fee: hosting, maintenance and support are included.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. You pay one fixed monthly fee, whatever the number of bookings. Every dirham your customers pay goes to you.
