Every safari starts with a puzzle

Which guests are on the sunset departure, where to pick them up, which vehicle and which guide goes with them, who added sandboarding or the dinner at the camp. When this is rebuilt every evening from WhatsApp chats, mistakes reach the customer.

And a large part of the bookings arrives through resellers and travel platforms that keep a share of every ticket.

What your tour app does

  • Departures and capacity. Each tour with its times and seats; guests book what is really available.
  • Pickups planned by area. Hotels and addresses grouped into pickup rounds, with the time for each guest.
  • Vehicles and guides assigned. Buggies, quads and 4x4s, drivers and guides for every departure, in one plan.

Do you take a commission on my bookings?

No. You pay one fixed monthly fee, whatever the number of bookings. Every dirham your customers pay goes to you.

How much does it cost?

Our custom web apps are on a monthly plan from AED 2,900. A WhatsApp AI agent is from AED 1,290 a month and a showcase website from AED 590 a month. There is no setup fee: hosting, maintenance and support are included.

Can it plan hotel pickups?

Yes. Each booking carries the pickup address, and the app groups guests into pickup rounds with their times.

How long before we go live?

The first call is free. Building takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on the project, and you test a working version with real bookings along the way.

Does it work in English and Arabic?

Yes. What we build for you runs in English and Arabic, and we work with you in English, on WhatsApp and video calls.

Who will I be talking to?
